Website, hosting, and software / one bill
The website is the plan.
Every setup includes a real website for the property, the hosting under it, and BayRoster behind it. The bill does not rise when another unit fills or another person needs access.
Setup quoted per propertyThe monthly is flat; the one-time setup is priced from what your lot actually is.

What the bill buys.
A public property website, the hosting under it, and the operating roster behind it—configured, not handed over blank.
| Property setup | Website build, property drawing, vocabulary, location types, customer import, and working connection. | Quoted once |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly package | Public website plus BayRoster’s live map, customer history, inquiry queue, and optional payment review. | $60/mo |
| Hosting | Part of the monthly package. There is no second hosting bill and no separate account to open. | Included |
| Units and users | Adding spaces or office users does not change the BayRoster bill. | $0 incremental |
| Card processing | Only when online billing is enabled; paid to Stripe under its agreement with you. | Stripe’s fee |
| Later changes | Optional property or workflow changes are discussed and quoted before work starts. | By request |
Proof / 02
The software is not a brochure add-on.
The included website leads into a real working system for mixed storage properties.
Terms / 03
What never scales with occupancy.
No per-unit charge
A full lot should improve the operation, not trigger a higher software tier.
No seat count
Office access is not sold one person at a time.
No marketplace commission
The website, lead, customer relationship, and operating data remain yours.
No remote kill switch
The installation runs on ordinary web hosting and does not call a license server to stay alive.

Straight answers about price.
The monthly number is the monthly number. The setup depends on the property, so it is quoted.
What is the monthly price?
$60 a month. That covers the public website for your property, the hosting it runs on, and BayRoster behind it. There is no second hosting bill and no separate account to open.
What about the setup fee?
It is quoted once, per property, after you describe the lot. Space count, indoor or outdoor, and what has to be imported all move that number, so it is not sold as a published tier.
What happens if I stop working with you?
Nothing switches itself off. There is no license server and nothing phones home, and your records are plain files with a full CSV export, so you leave with everything.
Do units or users change the bill?
No. More spaces and more people in the office do not create a higher BayRoster tier.
Can I see it before committing?
Yes. The live demo is public, uses fictional customers, and publishes the password anytown-demo.

Describe the property. Get the real number.
How many spaces, what kind, indoor or outdoor, and how you bill today is usually enough for a first fit check.
