What this website is
This is an informational site about BayRoster, operated by Dirt River Design in Thompson, ND. Descriptions are written to be accurate but are not a property-specific offer or warranty.
The public demo
The demo is a shared sandbox containing fictional data. Its password is published deliberately and it resets on a schedule. Anything entered is temporary and may be visible to another demo user. Do not enter real customer information, payment details, or confidential material. The demo is provided as-is without guaranteed availability.
Buying and setup
A purchase is agreed through a written quote covering the one-time setup fee, the monthly package—public website, hosting, and software together—and exactly what each includes. That quote governs the engagement. BayRoster carries no separate per-unit or per-seat licence and has no remote kill switch.
Your data
Once installed, the software runs on the hosting included with your monthly package and the operating data stays there. It is your data: the software keeps timestamped backups and a full CSV export is available at any time, and you are responsible for keeping your own copies and for the accuracy of what is recorded. I use your operating records only to run and support your installation.
What the software is not
It is not accounting, tax, or legal software. It does not control gates, keypads, or locks. Card payments, if enabled on an installation, run through Stripe under the operator’s agreement with Stripe.
Support and later changes
Support and later changes are agreed case by case and quoted before work starts. Nothing on this site creates a support level not written into the property’s quote.
Limitation of liability
The website and demo are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Dirt River Design is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the marketing site or public demo. Liability relating to a purchased installation is governed by its written quote.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota.
