Refer an owner
The same referral as everyone else.

What it pays
$200 for every new paying customer you send, on either roster.
When it is paid
After the referred property’s setup is complete and its first monthly bill is paid.
How to claim it
Have them mention your name when they first call or write, or send me the name yourself. There is nothing to sign up for, no portal, and no referral code.
What does not count
Referring yourself, and adding another property to an operation that is already a customer. The $200 is for bringing a new customer to the business.
