What you are looking at
Anytown Storage & Marina is fictional. Every renter, phone number, email address, payment, and rate on it was invented for this demo.
A gravel drive-in lot
Four rows of open ground. Rigs are placed freehand wherever they actually sit, at whatever length they actually are — no pretending a 34-foot motorhome fits a numbered stall.
A numbered unit building
Eighteen fixed units in two sizes, drawn to scale with the office. One renter per unit, and the unit number is the record's permanent identity.
Eight boat slips
Fixed slips either side of the main dock. Same screen, same records, same paid-until colours as the units and the lot.
Things worth trying
Read the colours
Green is paid, amber is due inside three weeks, red is overdue, blue means no paid-through date has been entered yet. Every area on this property has some of each right now.
Open a record
Click any occupied space. Contact details, rate, notes, and paid-through date are one dialog — not four screens.
Move somebody
Drag an occupant onto an empty unit, slip, or patch of ground. The record opens pre-filled with the move so you can confirm it, or press Escape mid-drag and nothing happens.
Work the queue
The payment list has one payment that matched cleanly and one that matched nobody. The waiting list has two fictional prospects. Both are yours to sort out.
Nothing here is real.
Anytown Storage & Marina, its renters, their phone numbers and email addresses, the units, the slips, and the payments are all fictional demonstration data. The monthly figures are that imaginary property's rent to its tenants — they are not BayRoster's pricing.
Your changes will disappear.
The demo wipes itself back to its seed data a few hours after the last visitor, so break it freely. Card processing and email sending are switched off entirely. Do not type anything real into it.
