How booking works
New applicant
Choose a sample unit and move-in date, then use made-up contact details. Review the price and fictional agreement before sending the request. The unit is held in the demo while you try a TEST payment.
Already on file
A match with a sample record goes to owner review instead of an immediate payment. This demo sends no email.
This demonstration creates no real hold, reserves no real space, sends no email, and makes no charge.
The booking page shows the status of your current attempt. Use Start a new booking when the page offers it. If a demo reset removes the attempt, return to Book a space to begin again.
If the page refuses a request before making a hold, it names the problem and says that nothing was held and no card was charged. Follow the next step on that page.
